For Master-Planned Communities & CDDs

Landscape maintenance at community scale.

Master-planned communities and community development districts don't need a lawn guy — they need an operator. BCQ runs streetscapes, amenity campuses, and entry corridors on documented routes with the records districts and boards require.

Community scale

From the gatehouse to the back gate.

Large communities fail in the gaps between vendors. We take the whole scope — turf, beds, irrigation, trees, detail — so the standard never changes from one zone to the next.

Entry corridors & monuments

The first 400 feet sell the community. Entry features, monument beds, and boulevard medians get detail-level attention on every route.

Streetscape programs at scale

Miles of streetscape, scheduled in zones with route maps your district or association can audit — coverage is documented, not assumed.

Amenity campus standards

Clubhouses, pools, fitness lawns, dog parks, and event spaces kept guest-ready — because that's where residents judge the dues.

Large-system irrigation

Hundreds of zones managed with documented wet checks, seasonal programming, and repair reporting that survives a board audit.

CDD-grade documentation

Public-facing districts need defensible records. Every visit, repair, and recommendation is logged, timestamped, and photo-backed.

Storm readiness at scale

Pre-season hardening across the full canopy inventory, and an organized post-storm response plan — not a scramble for crews.

The annual program

A 12-month plan built for Southwest Florida.

Florida landscapes don't run on a northern calendar. Your program is scheduled around dry season, rainy season, and hurricane season — so the right work happens at the right time, and the board sees it coming.

FAQ

What districts and developers ask us.

Straight answers — the same ones we give in board meetings. Anything else, call us at (239) 799-5594.

How does pricing work for a community?

We walk the property, measure the scope, and quote a fixed monthly price itemized by service — mowing, detail, irrigation, mulch, color, tree care. Boards use it directly for budget season: no hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and any extra work is quoted and approved in writing before it happens.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Blue Collar Q LLC is a registered Florida company, fully licensed and insured, and we provide certificates of insurance (COI) for your management company's vendor file before the first service day.

What happens during hurricane season?

Before season peaks we complete hurricane hardening — palm pruning, canopy lifting, securing loose material. After a storm, maintenance clients get priority response for debris cleanup and hazard removal, with documentation suitable for insurance claims.

What areas do you serve?

Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties — including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers Beach, Punta Gorda, and North Fort Myers. Headquarters is in Cape Coral.

What reporting does the board actually get?

Every visit closes with a photo-backed digital report: what was done, by which crew, with timestamps. Monthly, that rolls up into a summary the manager can drop into the board packet — service completion, issues flagged, and recommendations with pricing.
