Request a WalkthroughThe reason boards fire landscapers — solved.
Most communities don't switch vendors over price. They switch over missed visits, silence, and invoices nobody can explain. Here's how BCQ is built differently.

Licensed & insured
Blue Collar Q LLC is a registered Florida company. Certificates of insurance delivered to your vendor file before day one.
Vendor-compliance ready
W-9, COI, and licensing paperwork packaged for management-company onboarding — no chasing documents.
Written scopes, no surprises
Every contract is an itemized scope. Extra work is quoted and approved in writing before a crew touches it.
Uniformed crews, branded trucks
Residents see a professional operation on property — not a random trailer. Same crew, every visit.
What every property gets. In writing.
These aren't marketing lines — they're the service standards written into every agreement we sign.
COI before day one
Licensed and insured Florida LLC. Certificates of insurance go to your management company's vendor file before the first service visit.
Photo-proof of every visit
Each visit closes with a photo-backed digital report — what was done, by which crew, with timestamps. Monthly summaries drop straight into the board packet.
Line-for-line RFP bids
Send your existing scope and we quote it item by item, so the board compares apples to apples. Scope gaps get flagged separately, not buried in the price.
Month-to-month after the initial term
No long lock-in contracts. We keep communities by performing, not by contract clause.
30-day vendor transition
Condition photos before day one, catch-up cut in week one, irrigation audit in week two, baseline report to the board at the end of month one. No service gap.
24-hour response
Portal and email requests answered within 24 hours on business days. Urgent issues — main breaks, downed limbs — get same-day attention for maintenance clients.

Questions boards and managers actually ask.
Straight answers — the same ones we give in board meetings. Anything else, call us at (239) 799-5594.
Do you work directly with HOA boards or through property managers?
Both. Some communities are self-managed and we report directly to the board; others run through a management company and we plug into the manager's workflow. Either way you get the same fixed schedule, photo-documented visits, and a monthly summary that's ready to forward to the board packet.
Can you bid against our current RFP or scope of work?
Yes — send us your existing scope or RFP and we'll quote it line for line, so the board can compare bids apples to apples. If the scope has gaps that cause problems later (irrigation wet checks, storm prep, detail work), we'll flag them separately rather than burying them in the price.
How does pricing work for a community?
We walk the property, measure the scope, and quote a fixed monthly price itemized by service — mowing, detail, irrigation, mulch, color, tree care. Boards use it directly for budget season: no hourly billing, no surprise invoices, and any extra work is quoted and approved in writing before it happens.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Blue Collar Q LLC is a registered Florida company, fully licensed and insured, and we provide certificates of insurance (COI) for your management company's vendor file before the first service day.
What happens during hurricane season?
Before season peaks we complete hurricane hardening — palm pruning, canopy lifting, securing loose material. After a storm, maintenance clients get priority response for debris cleanup and hazard removal, with documentation suitable for insurance claims.
How fast do you respond to service requests?
Portal and email requests get a response within 24 hours on business days. Urgent issues — irrigation main breaks, downed limbs blocking a road — get same-day attention for communities on a maintenance program.
Do you require long-term contracts?
No lock-in. Our agreements run month to month after an initial term, because we'd rather keep your business by performing than by contract clause. Most communities stay because the missed-visit problem they hired us to fix stays fixed.
How do you handle switching from our current vendor?
We run a 30-day transition: property walk and condition photos before day one, a catch-up cut and detail pass in week one, irrigation audit in week two, and a baseline report to the board at the end of month one. No service gap, and you'll know exactly what condition we inherited.
What areas do you serve?
Lee, Collier, and Charlotte counties — including Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Bonita Springs, Estero, Naples, Lehigh Acres, Fort Myers Beach, Punta Gorda, and North Fort Myers. Headquarters is in Cape Coral.
What reporting does the board actually get?
Every visit closes with a photo-backed digital report: what was done, by which crew, with timestamps. Monthly, that rolls up into a summary the manager can drop into the board packet — service completion, issues flagged, and recommendations with pricing.
